How to send order :
1. Every page has an e-mail address, just  click on it , place your order and dispatch to us, indicating the destination and your mode of payment.
2. On received of your e-mail order, We shall advise the parts availability, shipping cost, via speed post, air or surface post. We shall dispatch your order as soon as possible. (Not TAX or other extra charge if paid by card, you just pay the stuff and postage)
3. If you do not have your own e-mail address, Please stipulate your reply correspondence address or TELE FAX  number and we shall reply accordingly.
4. After issued you the P. Invoice or advice of total cost, you have to confirm by return the payment details in three days time, If we do not received your confirmation, the reserve of the order will be auto cancelled.
5. VERY IMPORTANCE: Email subject have to type with any one of your order or require  items. if email subject look like
junk mail or blank, Hi, Hello, information, Thank you, Question with attach file  will be auto delete with out read by us!
6. VERY IMPORTANCE: If you send order to our company difference email address at the same time, your order will be process in difference department, pls send order to only one email address.
How to send remittance.
1). We accept Visa/Master Amex and Diners  card payment in SGD currency, Pay by Visa/Master Amex and Diners card is only for member who registered with rotor.com.sg only, details link here.

All parcel and  small package will send by Singapore post . unless special arrangement
1. By air parcel it depend the weight of the parcel, door to door take 15-20 working days. tracking provided.
2. By EMS speed post, cost depend the weight of the parcel, it take 3-5 days with tracking provided .
4. By air register mail in small package. tracking here (difference with Air / EMS)
