1. New, more rugged collective pitch control arm to handle extreme 3-D flying without deformation.
2. Enlarged engine starting shaft from 5mm to 6mm to handle high torque from the electric starter when the engine has been flooded.  Bigger shaft provides more solid engine positioning.
3.   Aerodynamic and sexy new canopy for faster flights.
4.   New alloy material spring steel centrifugal clutch with larger diameter and corresponding bigger diameter clutch bell for sure grip and long life.  Designed for all high performance 30 - 50 size engines.
5.    Re-designed elevator control mechanism with no slop for optimal control.
6.   Extended cooling fan shroud increases engine cooling effectiveness, and strengthens the forward sideframe stiffness at the same time.
7.   Increased main rotor blade spindle from 5 mm to 6mm gives even more solid hovering, quicker 3-D, and consistent blade tracking.

8.   Enlarged main rotor glade radial and thrust bearings results in smoother and more precise blade pitch control.  Collective and cyclic respond precisely to pilots commands.

9.  Thicken the steel ball mounting area on flybar paddle control arms by 0.5 mm eliminates any possible flexing under extreme 3-D flying.
10.   Same tail rotor blade grip and bearing assembly as the Raptor 60 and 50.  Oversized grips provides longer life, more solid control, and slightly larger tail rotor diameter.
11.   Vertical tail fin lengthened by 10 mm to protect tail rotor blades during rough field landings, hard landings, and auto rotations.  Fin now reinforced with ribs.
12. Thicken the ball link area by 0.3 mm for enhanced rigidly and longevity.
13.   Re-designed swashplate for longevity and minimal freeplay.
14.  V2 sideframe allows the kit it include a larger and wider fuel tank with 340cc capacity.  Short, wide tank reduces aircraft CG shift and carburettor setting sensitivity when fuel level changes.

15.   Raptor 60 style rugged aluminium tail boom supports with plastic ends.  Provide solid boom support and eliminate fatigue cracking.

 

16.   Re-designed and strengthened sideframes increase crash survivability, reduce engine transmitted vibrations, add more materials around the bolt hole, fan and landing gear area, and permit using bigger fuel tank.  New frames use raptor 60 style heavy duty double bearing design for the engine start shaft.
